Oil pastels and baby oil technique

The photo on the top left is scribbling with oil pastels on a manilla file folder.  The next photo is using a cotton ball with baby oil to blend.  The final is using a stencil and Distress Inks.  You could also use chalk. If you stamp, be sure to use a permanent ink like Memories or StaZon.  NOTE: embellishments need to be adhered with something similar to Crystal Laquer as the oil won't allow a good bond. This is a fun and quick technique!

Valentine Swap - No pink nor red
